Christian Counseling Centers of Oregon, Inc., began as a vision Tim Howell had while in the full-time pastoral ministry. The vision...To provide affordable, professional counseling while integrating Biblical and psychological principles. In addition to the primary vision, Tim saw the need to provide counseling offices in churches throughout the community. Tim Howell, holds a Masters in Christian Psychology from Western Evangelical Seminary (now George Fox Seminary). He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Ordained Minister.
